Terms & Conditions – Dently AI

Welcome to Dently AI. By completing payment and/or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1) Service Delivery

Services are considered fully delivered once you receive the setup completion email, granting you access to the campaign tools and setup services. The delivery email shall serve as proof of fulfillment.

2) Payment Terms

By submitting payment, you certify that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided. All agreed service fees (including one-time setup or installment plans) are final and non-refundable.

3) Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. See our Refund Policy for details.

4) Subscription Policy

After the initial 90-day onboarding period, accounts automatically transition into the Standard ongoing management plan at $997 USD/month unless canceled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. See our Subscription Policy for details.

5) Cancellation Policy

You may cancel future billing at any time before the next scheduled charge is processed. Past payments will not be refunded. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

6) Limitation of Liability

Dently AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid under the applicable agreement.

7) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the linked policies, form the complete agreement between you and Dently AI. By checking the box during signup, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
