Refund Policy – Dently AI Platform 

1) General Terms

All fees paid to Dently AI are non-refundable. This includes one-time setup fees, subscription fees, and any add-on services, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

2) Scope of Non-Refundability

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

– Dissatisfaction with results or performance (as outcomes depend partly on client cooperation and implementation).

– Non-usage of the platform or services after setup.

– Cancellation of subscription after a billing cycle has begun.

3) Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these refund terms as part of the overall Terms & Conditions.
