Subscription Policy – Dently AI Platform

1. Onboarding and Ongoing Plans

Each account begins with a 90-day onboarding and setup period. After this period, the account automatically transitions into the Standard ongoing management plan at $997 USD/month, billed to the authorized payment method unless canceled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

2. Add-On Services

Any add-on services or upgrades selected by the client are billed on a subscription basis, either monthly or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase. These charges are automatically processed using the client’s authorized payment method.

3. Setup Fees on Installment Plans

If setup fees are agreed to be paid in monthly installments, the client authorizes recurring billing for the duration of the installment schedule. Installment payments are non-refundable and remain due until the full setup fee has been collected.

4. Client Authorization

By completing signup, the client expressly authorizes Dently AI and its authorized payment processor to bill the payment method on file for all subscriptions, add-ons, and installment schedules until cancellation is requested in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
